THE HYPOTHESIS

Our premise is that using 56 ping-pong balls to select the five base MEGA MILLIONS winning numbers, which are set-up in predefined positions before they are dropped into the mixing tub, degrades pure randomness. Every time they use that ping-pong ball’s predefined sequence, the ping-pong balls are starting in the same position and with a finite number of turns of the paddle, may, just may, put the same numbered ball by the trap door, with a greater frequency than pure randomness. New York State Lottery had 6 different predefined sequence years ago. That is why the position of the ping-pong balls is important, not just the number on the ball. It is however the best mechanical means we have now; electronic means are better, however these are more subject to manipulation.

Using a roulette wheel as an example, small mechanical discrepancies, in the bearing and/or wheel flatness can ever so slightly favor certain numbers on the wheel. For a through analysis, it would take a large amount of spins, with the croupier constantly spinning the ball the same way to find the ’tell’. A tell in gambling parlance is a hint, something the gambler/mechanical device will automatically do, ever so slightly, when he/she has a winning or loosing position.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS.

Based on past performance of the drawing sequences of the numbers from the mixing drum, we use computer programs to arrange the 56 numbers, with highest probability of being selected in the next drawing. It uses weighted average and statistical projections to arrange these numbers, to take advantage of the ‘tell’.

Array generation goes through three stages - a program reviews the past winning numbers, then the data gets sorted per a weighted average formula, and finally the numbers are wheeled. This is performed on an isolated stand-alone computer.
